What is the story about the locomotive car that will go into the shelter ontop of the hill facing MN 32? What is it for, and when is it planned to be put there? Mark K mentioned it to me, but not much of it stuck

Thanks Mark, I would have never guessed that "canopy on terrace" would have been what I was thinking of.
