I am aware that the forum is not working correctly. It is beyond my ability to get it fixed, as it is for other members I have reached out to.
It will take an outside firm to get it all sorted out, and that will require BOD approval to spend thew needed funds.
I will get some numbers together and present something to the board during the budget process.
