Yes, anyone, Member or Not member can bring a IH tractor to the IH Expo. All you need to do is buy a Special Membership for this year. The cost is $20. It is good for the whole show, and that is the only fee you will pay to get into WMSTR. Special Memberships can be bought/filled out when you haul in your tractor for the IH Expo.
