I really wish this was in better shape but it's a train load of new Russell steam engine out in Oregon I believe we were able to make out in the writing at the bottom 1887
 
I think the Avery that fell through the bridge is an 18 or 20. The big Avery has a distinct curve in the large casting supporting the front of the boiler. also the one on the flatcar, same. Very short pipe between front of preheater and inlet in boiler. You can see the difference on the Avery moving the building. 30 or 40 for sure!

Jim once told me there was a difference in the number of spokes in the rear wheels but I forget how many on which engine.
 
Are those relatives of yours? I noticed the same name on a few of them
