    Please keep Lee Anderson's family in your prayers. Lee passed away this afternoon. May he rest in peace.

    Will do. I only met Lee a few times but he was a family friend for years. We have lost a wealth of knowledge and a great craftsman. Wish I would have been able to talk to him more.

    I am so sorry to hear this. I have known Lee ever since he started in the hobby. Probably early 70's. Lee always made time for me which I greatly appreciated. He always had a smile. He was a great ambassador for our old iron hobby. Lee bought a few engines from dad in those early years. I loved his blacksmith built car. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Godspeed Lee. You will be missed.

    Thanks for posting that Mark. It was an interesting article. Seems like he would have been a great guy to know.

    Oct. 7, 1944 - May 19, 2016

    FARGO, N.D. - Delsmore "Lee" Anderson, 71, Frazee, Minn., died Thursday, May 19, in Sanford Medical Center from multiple myeloma cancer.

    An open house gathering will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 27, at David Donehower Funeral Home in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
