I may be missing this somewhere, but I am wondering if we have or if we could create a contact list for exhibit areas in addition to board of directors/administration contacts. LRPTA - Dalton sends out a huge list with their newsletter, which I was impressed - it's not a secret who is in charge of what!!!!
    :soapbox:

I personally struggle with pointing people in the right direction sometimes when we get questions online and would like to try to make sure I am asking the right people and not sending folks on a wild goose chase. I think it would help our communication and we wouldn't be playing so much 'telephone'. This list would be available to members only, but should include a phone number and/or email for each contact person for our main points of interest and project leads. I can't count the number of times I've had to track down Tom Hall's number, for example.

Anyone else think this would be extremely helpful? Want to help? :Shrugs::yes2:

If this is not something that already exists, I may get one started on the members only section of our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/membersofwmstr/

Yes, we are here. Some of us respond a lot slower than others.
