Klinger was spotted recently on the back of this John Deere tractor!
Confused, I went up the the tractors operator and asked what the story was. He told me that Klinger came running up to him like a little school boy begging for a ride! The young driver felt sorry for him and gave him the ride if he promised to hang on tight. Klinger wanted to drive it, but was confused by the hand clutch so he had to settle for a ride.
Later on, Klinger admitted that he had a red tractor he had left out in the plowing field that had stalled and would not restart. He needed a tractor with enough power to pull him up to the shop so he could fix his red tractor AGAIN!.
Just thought I would post this picture because I cannot resist a happy face of a smiling man on his dream tractor... even if it's only a ride standing on the drawbar!
